Request Campaign by Lead Action

I'm not able to select my campaign in the dropdown menu even though my campaign is active.
I'm trying to request a campaign utilizing the C# Soap Api following the example link below.

But, I'm having no luck on the Request Campaign by Lead Action section of that article.
Can someone tell me what I'm doing wrong?

If the Campaign is indeed active, you should be able to see it in the drop down.  You may need to contact support if not.
