Reports: How to create reports based on list. lead by lists

I think that the only way is to create a "Lead performance" report and add smart list as a Custom Column (Setup-->Custom Column-->choose your smart lists). This will give you a summary for every list (if you have static lists, you will need to create a smart list and refer to the static list).
You will also need to group the report by a certain field (created by, lead status, record type, region etc...), I don't think there's a way to avoid that using analytics.
