Hi,

Trying to find the correct data regarding email performance...

I've exported the email performance report to look at emails sent in the last 6 months. I want to find the open and click rates on specific outbound emails.

When I average the % open rate + a % click rate - the number is a lot higher than the number I get when I do an excel formula (open rate = open/delivered). 

Has anyone come up against this scenario? What would be the best way to find accurate open + click rates?

I've had a similar problem in my reports. What I've found is that the rollup that will show us an actual average of the %, so if you have 25%, 50%, 75%, the average is 50%. But if you did actual total opens/delivers, it can be a different percentage.
