Reports and Analytics

Hi guys,

I am new to Marketo and  I am looking for any basic reporting set up advice.  I can't seem to find anything within the community which simply and clearly explains the actual process for setting up the reporting (or anything). Are there any basic reports that I can use to see lead activity, email effectiveness etc..  I feel like If I get the basics I can build from there but am at a loss on where to start.
