Reporting - Web page activity and unsubscribed

Hi, I set up a report to track Web Page Activity for anonymous and known leads... BUT for some reason the report is generating only those who have unsubscribed, which is not in the filter. 

I would like to pull a report that omits those who have unsubscribed.

Any thoughts?

Hi ... Made a few updates to the report (clicks any link at least 3 times over 7 days) but still only showing anonymous leads (even if I hide them).

Would love to pull an inclusive report that shows folks who are: anonymous and named leads  - is there a best practice around this?

Hi Carla, 

I created a Web Page Report and set the smartlist as follows to achieve this:


Make sure you select advanced filters after adding the 3 filter variables, and set that as in the image: (1 or 2) and 3

Let me know if that works for you!

Hi ... I followed your logic, thanks, but when I pulled a report.... no data!!

Ah, it looks like you need to include your #1 filter too. So try: (2 or 3) and 1 and 4
