Reporting on engagement programs

We are currently using the Spark edition and I could use some input on the best way to show the impact of our engagement programs. What is the type of report I need to build to show engagement program attribution? I would like it to see it at the individual record level.

Spark isn't going to show much here

  • Email performance
  • engagement email performance
  • status counts
    • I always adjust the Program Channel Statuses to be more like Member, Goal, Exits, etc. Choose what works for you.
  • Smart Lists
    • not really clear what report you want, but you can use smart lists to get counts and leads.
