Reporting Discrepancies

Good Afternoon,

Is anyone else having problems with reporting in marketo.

We have deployed a campaign two days ago, yet none of our reports are populating. I have changed the dates to every drop option in the custom field, yet the reports are still empty. This is making our reporting a nightmare within Marketo as they NEVER have accurate reporting.

You may want to check that you have the appropriate Analytics behavior selected: Edit Analytics Behavior Settings - Marketo Docs - Product Docs

If that's not it, it would be helpful if you provided more information about the exact report you are trying to create and what the current setup is. Whether it is in RCA or MLM, what filters you have on the setup and smart list tabs, etc.

    Sure no problem. We currently do not have customized reports - we are using the ones provided by Marketo.

    For example: we deployed an email this morning (see screen shot above) with the adequate dates - August 18 - still nothing.

    This is the second campaign we have deployed where the data is not showing up in either of the two reports. I have tried manipulating the analytics behaviour (as suggested) but that does not seem to make any difference.

    Does anyone else have problems with shotty reporting in Marketo?

    Keep in mind, when using the Email Program, you have immediate access to other dashboards that aren't available with a typical Marketo program.  See the documentation here: View Email Program Results - Marketo Docs - Product Docs

    In the setup step - did you select the emails that you want reporting for? (sorry, can't see the setup from that screenshot). It won't automatically show you anything sent - even if you wanted to see every single email with activity on that date - you need to add it in the setup step.
