How do I run a report, or which report shows, opportunity created ($) by Programs listed as the Primary Campaign Source in SFDC?

I believe you would use the Saleforce Campaign Influence report. Use the filter "Primary Campaign Source equals True" and Select a Summary format and use Campaign Name for the Group.
