Report to show contacts that have unsubscribed

Hello -

We use Marketo Sales Insight exclusively within Salesforce. We currently have a few Salesforce reports that breakdown contacts that have been sent Marketo emails sent, opened Marketo emails and clicked in Marketo emails. This report is driven from the Activities object.

My question:

Is there a way to create a new Salesforce to show contacts that have unsubscribed from Marketo emails?

If not, is there a work around we could set up within Marketo itself to route via an email subscription to a particular user?

Thanks in advance!

-Chris

Of course, the Marketo Unsubscribed system field and the SFDC Email Opt Out system field are synced by default.

Makes sense. Thanks Sandord!

As @Sanford Whiteman said, they are synced by default, so you just need to pick Email Opt Out field and add it to the report.

Is there also a way to add the date the contact unsubscribed to the SFSD report?

You mean SFDC?

I guess only if you add "Unsubscribed_Date" to Salesforce, make it visible to the Marketo Sync User and then populate that date in Marketo when the Unsubscribe happens.
