Report to Pull System Date For Data Value Change

We have configured Marketo/SFDC to time stamp our lead revenue stages with a date/time stamp. So when a lead moves to MQL, we will have insight to the actual date and time the lead moved to this stage.

The probem we are facing is that we also want our current leads to backfill with this data. We are trying to create a report to pull the historical system data for when the revenue stage was altered in the past. Is there any report we can create that will pull in this system data?

Hi Mindy, unfortunately I can't think of a report in Marketo that will show you the time/date of when a data value change occurred, except for reviewing the individual records. Additionally, data value changes are only stored for 90 days, so any record of those changes that you'd be looking for prior to that timeperiod will no longer be available.

If you are keeping field history in SFDC on this field, you can do this. You may want to start if you aren't yet.

Hi Josh - Going forward, we are tracking these fields. We are currently trying to pull this infromation to backfill these fields within the SFDC. Thank you for your help!

We ended up puling the data manualy through marketo smart lists for two week semgents. This way, we can at least backfill time stamp each lead's revenue stage with an aprozimate time.
