Report that shows campaign members

I have a lead lifecycle campaign that handles new leads who fill in an opt-in form on our website. I'd like to be able to have a report that shows who has opted in and gone through that campaign (name, email, company, etc.) in the past 7 days and be able to have that report automatically emailed to our Sales team every Monday. Does anyone know how to do this or which report to use?

Hey Sheena,

You can create a report with a subscription that shows numbers, but unfortunately Marketo does not have the capability to email reports with Lead information, yet. You would have to create a smart list, export it, and then send to your sales team every Monday manually. 

Or, there is a way to send the report via SFDC if that is your CRM. I would explore that option.

Hey Vikki,

When viewing the report, you should see the "Run Report" button on the left side of the screen. Click the dropdown arrow and select "Schedule Future Runs..." There you will be able to schedule the runs and who should receive the report.
