Report showing how many emails leads are receiving

Good morning all!

Has someone figured out how to make a report showing how many emails everyone in your lead database has received? Meaning I want to find out on average how many emails people in our database are receiving on a weekly/monthly/quarterly basis.

Any help would be great, thank you!

Are you using RCE? You can do this with an Email Analysis Report - Dimensions Full Name & Sent (Quarter).

Otherwise it is possible in Analytics by setting up filters.

Hi Chris,

I have played around with RCE but haven't had the time to fully dive in. I just took a stab at what you suggested, can you take a screen shot of your layout options so I can see how you set it up?

check this out, should be able to walk you through it. Build an Email Analysis Report that Lists Leads - Marketo Docs - Product Docs

In step 6 instead of yellow dot "email name", choose sent (week) or sent (month) and you can manipulate it to show the results you are looking for.
