Does anyone know how to run a report on what percentage of people unsubscribed e-mails by month and region?

Hi Caroline,

You can create a smart list with these filters:
Unsubscribed from email is any & date of activity is specific month
Region is specific region

    You could create an email performance report in the analytics section of your Marketo. Here is a link to info on how to do that...http://community.marketo.com/MarketoArticle?id=kA050000000KypP

    T    hen you'd want to basically use the filters Michelle listed above.
