Is it possible to report on all the created/approved Marketo forms?

You should be able to go to Design Studio>Forms to see a complete list.

If you want to look at conversion rates, you need to check on the LP Performance report or run a program report.

I agree, Josh, but we have so many I was hoping to print off the list.

The closest I've gotten is to create a smart list using the filter filled out form. Add all, copy and paste into an excel. But keep in mind that will only give you those forms that are approved.
