Is it possible to create a report that shows the amount of complete data we have on leads by field for the whole database?  What I'm thinking is to pull in particular fields and have a report that says out of X number in your data base X number are not blank. 

Field Count With Data Count Empty

Currently I've only had luck getting the data one field at a time.  I'd like the report to show multiple field with counts for each.

Hey Scarlett, 

I don't think that Marketo currently has the functionality you are looking for. It appears the best they can do is show you one field at a time. You can then export that report and aggregrate them all in one spreadsheet manually. Definitely a pain, but the best that can be done at this time I think.

Hi Scarlett, it looks like you're using SAP?  In Salesforce.com there is an app that does this: https://appexchange.salesforce.com/listingDetail?listingId=a0N30000003HSXEEA4

Might be worth checking if something similar exists for SAP.

Hi Scarlett,

The report you're looking for is possibe by adding custom columns to a Lead report.  You can create a smart list for each field you want to track and add it as a custom column.
