Hello,

I have a question regarding the form.

The form is on my landing page and my targets have 3 differents choices (with one box to ckeck for each of them). Because I edited my smartlist from Salesforce, I already have their information. So I didn't ask for their name or email address.

When I shoot the mail with the form. I can see that some of my clients filled the form. However, I can not see who did and which option they choose.

The report comes back like this :

Why is there "no yes" and "no" instead of the actual information ?

How can I correct that ?

I tried to change the setting on my form. I added three lines (first name, last name and email address) and I hide it for the form.  

Does not work...

Can you help me ?

Hi Marion,

You are obviously using the lead name as one of your choices, instead of the right field.

Hello Greg,

I'm sorry, I don't really understand your answer :s

You mean I have to put a field (not hidden) asking for the lead's name in

order to know who it is and which option they chose ?

There are several issues here:

  • you should always request at least email address otherwise you risk creating dupe records even though you could hide the field and hope the URL munchkin will prefill the email address. Do not rely on this.
  • Do not hide key fields like name, etc. Just dont put them on there if you do not want them edited. If you hide them, you may risk all sorts of data issues if the browser doesn't know who they are or they change email address.
  • If you want to get a list of leads who filled out the form:
    • Filled Out Form X on Page Y will return the list. You can adjust the columns to show what their CURRENT values are.
    • There is no easy way to display a list of leads and the values they attempted to use on the Form. You'd have to go to lead detail to do that, one by one.
  • For the Name fields, you may have set those to a Checkbox.

What is this ?

"Nom du lead" is "Name of Lead"

Why is there yes and nos on that colomn ? How can I change that ?
