Report on Email Unsubscribes with specifics?
We are trying to pull a single integrated report in Marketo that will tell us the following:
· Out of a given set of emails, how many unsubscribes were there for each email?
· A list of the people that unsubscribed, with information on which email they actually unsubscribed from.
· We would also like to see the “Unsubscribed Reason” for each person that has unsubscribed, too.
I know we can pull the list of people using separate Smart Lists, and a report on unsubscribe numbers using an Email Performance report, but is there a more integrated and elegant way to get all of this information in one place? Any ideas or advice would be much appreciated!
