Report off Marketable leads over time

As far as database health is concerned, it be great to be able to see what our Marketable leads are over time. Currently, the only way to get your "Marketable" number is to refresh the main report in Lead Database on a daily basis. I'd be very beneficial to be able to see how our database has matured over time in terms of marketable leads.
