Report of all leads and the campaigns sent to each

Hi, I'm looking to create a large tabular report that I can export into Excel.  The report would have leads for the rows (i.e., we have about 5K leads so that would be 5K rows).  For each lead I want to see which campaigns were sent to each lead, on what date (so there would be many columns).  Does anything like that exist?  If not, how can I create it?

I don't think there is a way to get that out through the UI in a format at all close. For most Marketo instances, that would simply be too much data. Possibly you could use the SOAP API and call getLeadActivity for each lead and output it to a file.
