Report Grouped by a segment link

I was trying to create a report where I group by a segment that is created based on whether a link has a string of text. For example, if a newsletter has top navigation items, I want the report to show me the clicks segmented by those navigation links. Is this even possible?

you can use the email link performance report to do this. Just use the Setup to select emails and Smart List to constrain by links.
