Report for net emails added/lost

Is there a way to build a weekly/monthly report that will generate net emails added or lost factoring in:

Negative

  • Unsubscribes
  • Hard Bounces Removed
  • Soft Bounces Removed

Positive

  • Imports
  • Newsletter signups
  • Direct signups
  • Forward to friend adds
  • Event adds

Specifically, I am looking for a way to track manual removes including dead email addresses and emails that have soft bounced over X # of emails. These are emails I manually delete from Marketo.

In addition, I would like  the report to calculate the positive adds that come in through API.

To get this all in one report you will need to add RCE and track this at the program level.

In RCE you can report on all new additions to the program via any of the means listed above plus track hard bounce, soft bounce and unsubscribes over time.

In standard reporting you can track members at the program level but not trending.
