Somtimes it says "Image Replaced" but the preview of the image still looks like the old image. Could that be the case for you? Did you try refreshing your browser or visiting the image's URL directly to see if it updated?

I've had the same issue.
And I've also had the problem of when you replace an image, it says it will be live immediately on any page/place it's used. but I've had to go in and unapprove then reapprove landing pages for the updated image to pull through.

Are you selecting the image and then choosing "Replace Image" or are you trying to upload a new image that has the same file name? The latter won't work and Marketo will say "one image skipped" after the upload. Also, the file types have to be the same in the old and new images.

Thank you, Delinda. I'm choosing to Replace the image. I've tried it with an image of the same name and an image of a different name (the same image type -- jpg). For me it's hit or miss if the site will accept my replaced image. It will say it was successful, but the actual image wasn't updated.
If this happens, I just create a new image and start working from that image. I'm not using the same image in multiple places, so it's not a problem.

I still am unable to get this functionality to work. I choose the image and Replace yet the old image remains even though Marketo says it successfully replaced image. I has worked in the past but not recently. I'm stumped

I think the server may just take a while to refresh, sometimes it's faster, sometimes slower. I have tried refreshing the browser with no effect, however the image does seem to replace after a period of time passes. ?

Just this week this issue has started to happen. I used to use the replace image function frequently but now it just says image uploaded and it is the old image, not the updated one. Frustrating.

Many times I've found that the image may take a while to refresh on Marketo server. I sometimes clear the cache as well in my browser and it will load the newer image. Often just to make sure things are working I will paste the image URL in a different browser than what I am currently working in and I usually see the new image in the fresh browser. Hope that helps, the functionality does work but there can definitely be a time lag.

I have experienced the same thing often. Typical web refreshes don't work, so I generally have to quit out of Marketo and sometimes the browser entirely, then reopen and it will appear correctly. There is def. a lag time or some other quirk and it's very frustrating.

I was recently running into this as well. Based on community feedback, I found clearing out my cache (more than a refresh), did the trick, showing the new image.
