Removing those that filled out form

I want to push out an email to a list of leads, but only to those that have not already filled out the form in this email campaign. Other than manually removing them from the list, what is the best approach?

Create a Send Email smart campaign whose smart list would have an Email Address filter and a Not Filled Out Form filter, you may want to add a Date of Activity constraint to further restrict the time in which the form was filled out to that of when your email campaign started..

You can always filter in the smart list or in the flow with a condition. In this case if these are leads your seeking that have no form fill activity you can use the special inactivity filter "not filled out form"  in the smartlist and add the form in question or use any....

Also.....You can always build a test smartlist to see the results and make sure the correct leads are not in the list,.
