Removing operational emails from scoring

Does anyone have an easy way, whether in the trigger or in the email settings, to keep an operational email out of a scoring campaign? We send out emails to customers that have nothing to do with brand recognition or marketing that I want to take out of scoring. The only way I can think to do it is to put "operational" in the program name and then say "Clicks link in email not contains operational" or something like that.

Your idea is what I would suggest as well. It's not the most streamlined but it should accomplish the goal of exclusion.
