Removing operational emails from scoring
Does anyone have an easy way, whether in the trigger or in the email settings, to keep an operational email out of a scoring campaign? We send out emails to customers that have nothing to do with brand recognition or marketing that I want to take out of scoring. The only way I can think to do it is to put "operational" in the program name and then say "Clicks link in email not contains operational" or something like that.
