Removing GDPR persons from all active programs

So we've have a small percentage of our list the falls under GDPR. I've been emailing people to subscribe, but obviously many have not or have opted out. I have those lists, but it there an easy way to blanket remove them from all engagement/smart campaigns? They have the option to unsubscribe from our marketing emails, but still receive our newsletters and some have chosen this so I can't just unsubscribe them. I could go in to each program and make a SC to change them to not in program, but given the number of programs... Ideas or is everyone having to do something similar?

Hi Liz,

Set "Marketing suspended" field to True.

Create a program and a smart campaign that just does this for every one in this list and runs every day so that if, inadvertently, the field is set back to "False", it will be put back to true.
