Removing Default Unsubscribe link in marketo email

Hi,

We have two different brands as work-spaces in our Marketo Instance, now we want the unsubscribe mechanism to be independent of each other. I have already included custom html link in footer with "?mkt_unsubscribe=1&mkt_tok=" but have not removed default code under admin section. My question is if I remove the default code will it affect other brand also? If yes, do they have to include custom html code also and create some campaign for the same? Or there is any other better way to do the same?

Yes, of course.

If yes, do they have to include custom html code also and create some campaign for the same?

You don't need any kind of special campaign (unless you want one). But if you've commented out the default code block, then all of your assets/brands are affected by that choice.

Thank you for the help on the same. So the best solution will be to have separate unsubscribe links for each brand respectively.
