Remove "View as Webpage" from webpage

Is there a way to remove the "View as a webpage" link from the webpage version of the email? When I click on the link to view as a webpage in my email client the email in the browser still has the "View as a webpage" head and I don't know if there is a way to remove it...

I had it in the email itself and wasn't using the Marketo email settings... thanks!
