Remove revenue cycle phases

Revenue Cycle Phases are quite painful. They force a certain number of stages in the revenue cycle, because you need at least one stage per phase.

There are used almost nowhere in Marketo, excepted in RCE and frankly, I have never seen them really used, and I am not the only one. See What are revenue cycle phases for?

So I suggest that we just get rid of them or at least that we could deactivate them.

    I hadn't really thought of this as painful before. I just make up where the phases go.

    What happened that was painful?

    A customer needed only 4 stages in their rev cycle. Impossible
