How do I ensure that Marketo pages have 302 permanent redirects?

Redirects in the Admin » Landing Pages area are always 301s. The response isn't under your control.

Thanks. If I don't want those Marketo landing pages showing up in search engine results, should I just delete them? Unfortunately, because I am redirecting to an external page the default is to a 302 redirect.
