Remove from flow question

I had 2 send campaigns.

In the 2nd campaign, I had a remove from flow step if they visited X page and their campaign was campaign 1 (the page was a confirmation page so I was trying to remove those who responded from campaign 1)

However, I am seeing that those who made it to X page still got the email sent in campaign 2. Does anyone know why?

i think if Member of Campaign 1, then Remove from This Campaign would have worked better.

w/o seeing the exact campaign screenshot, I couldn't be sure why they went through anyway. Are you sure you put in the right page name?

Hi Josh,

I made sure that it was the correct page. Looking back on this now, I would've changed the smart list to exclude people. But anywas, I keep feeling we are using remove from flow incorrectly so want to see if you see the error. Thanks.
