Does Marketo accept a relational database structure, or do I need to transform our 7 tables into one giant flat file?

Although the underlying database is fully relational, importing files populates the "leads" database table.

Talend Open Studio would be very helpful to relate the seven underlying tables, producing a single CSV file.
The free edition is more than suffiecient for that task:
