Registration error in previously working Go To Webinar events

Hi, I have 2 upcoming webinars both done with the event partner Go To Webinar. Both Programs were created, synced, and were working just fine. As of yesterday, every new webinar registrant is showing the status "Regsitration error" and is not syncing to Go To Webinar. 

I don't know what's going on - passwords were not changed (and nothing about the events have changed). Can anyone help?

Hi Julia,
What is the specific error you are seeing? The error will be listed when you go to Admin ---> Launchpoint

The first thing I would try would be to reenter your GTW credentials. You can do this is Admin ---> Launchpoint as well

Hi Will,

I have an internal [500] error listed in the Launchpoint.

Checking on this - still have not resolved the problem.
