Registrants still featuring in the Smart campaign

Hi,

I am excluding the list of registrants from the smart campaign I created by using Member of List->not in -> selected the list which I need to exclude the registrants.

However, after downloading the existing leads from the schedule tab, I can see some of the email Id's still falling into the list. Can any one help me out why it might be happening.

To exclude I did it in a different way though by using Email Address NOT IN filter and it s working, but not sure why the above option wasn't working.

Have you checked if the email addresses that are still appearing are duplicates in your system?

Yes Gerard, I did checked and they are not duplicates.

But even though if they are duplicates with the email address I think they should be excluded, right?

Yes, If you use the email address is not filter that would exclude them.   Can you also confirm if its all of the people in the list or just some of them that are showing in the schedule tab?
