Registrants still featuring in the Smart campaign
Hi,
I am excluding the list of registrants from the smart campaign I created by using Member of List->not in -> selected the list which I need to exclude the registrants.
However, after downloading the existing leads from the schedule tab, I can see some of the email Id's still falling into the list. Can any one help me out why it might be happening.
To exclude I did it in a different way though by using Email Address NOT IN filter and it s working, but not sure why the above option wasn't working.
