Referral URL for specific activity?

Is there a way to set up a report, smart list, something that can show the referral url for a specific web activity? What I'm looking for is to show what URLs our leads are coming from when they get to our landing page, so we can see if our Google ads (with tracked URLs) are getting them there or if they are coming from other sources.

are you pulling that data into a field?

You can reference Querystring or Original Referrer URL, but it's not reliable.

    I want to view it as a column in a report or smart list, if possible. I don't want the original referrer url, since that could be from an unrelated activity.
