Recovering Deleted Programs

Is it possible to recover deleted Marketo programs? I was prompted with the "archival" task upon wanting to delete a program and chose not to; however, I would like to know if it is possible to recover this when I chose not to archive and delete instead.

In some cases Marketo support might be able to help but, as Greg said, it is not otherwise possible.
