Recommendations for Live Data Appending System/Integration

I'm looking for suggestions a system/integration that does live data appending once someone fills out a form in Marketo.

Our goal is that we can use this system to help qualify the lead and then route them to specific sales reps based on the fields:  projected annual revenue and number of employees. I'd love any suggestions/reasons why it might be a good fit.
