Recommendations for Data Normalization

What kinds of things are you doing for data normalization? My company is fairly new to Marketo, though I have been using it for over a year at different companies. My previous instance was very mature and had ReachForce and many different data normalization programs set up for state, country, etc. and I am trying to get these set up in my new instance. Has anyone used Reachforce or something else, like StrikeIron?

I have used RingLead for this and it worked very well

Yes, there are lots of tools like ReachForce, RingLead, informatica, etc.

There are a lot of threads on this topic, including one a couple of days ago.
