Recommendations for campaign execution support

I'm looking for an agency or freelancer to help with Marketo campaign execution.  We have a marketing team that will develop a campaign brief which includes the copy, design, list criteria, and other campaign requirements.  I need someone to help get the campaign out the door via Marketo.  We've had a full-time Marketo admin performing this function in the past.  Thanks for your recommendadtions.
