Recipient's time zone + nested programs

When you nest programs in your engagement programs, Marketo doesn't allow you to send emails on recipient's time zone.

And we use nested programs to filter out those users who've already downloaded the content we're sending them.

Any way to circumvent this?

From what I've heard (and I'm just starting off with Marketo), all the true hardcore Marketo users don't use simple emails in EPs, they use nested programs for their versatility. So, does this mean the time zone feature falls useless for most pro users?

Hi Stepan - unfortunately, recipient time zone is not supported for nested/child programs within EPs.  See the following threads for more information:

Thanks. Sorry for not noting this. I've first read the title "Fail release" - and that's probably how it should be called in this case.
