Receiving alert emails about subscribed discussion postings?

I am not receiving the email alerts for when someone adds a posting to a discussion. Is everyone else receiving them?

It is working for me, including my non-Marketo address.

Are you receiving other messages from Marketo such as alerts from flows?

I received one earlier this morning from a flow, and I received one to let me know that you responded to this discussion, but I didn't receive any for the discussion about the SFDC Campaign not available in Mkto that you and I both commented on. Very weird.
