Reasons for blocked emails

Programs currently display a simple 'Around __ people are blocked from emails' message. It would be really helpful if Marketo could distinguish between leads that had unsubscribed versus those that are blocked for other reasons (e.g. invalid email addresses), particularly with operational emails that ignore subscription status.

@chris_lux If you open up the Blocked list of people you can adjust the data columns viewed in your email report or Smart List.

You can set up a custom view (Edit View and name it) that can add the columns you require  including Invalid Email reasons, Unsubscribe, Opt-In, Marketing Suspended, Hard/soft bounce

The view can show you the invalid/blocked/marketing suspended reason - mailbox full/ unknown person / invalid email / error code etc.

 

The standard email report will show you Unsubscribed from that email send or you can set up weekly Smart Lists Subscriptions to monitor the numbers if you are experiencing high unsubscribe rates.
