Reason field on User Role to be editable - PLEASE UPVOTE

User field "reason" should be editable.

Since Marketo migrated to Admin Console, this field is no longer available. It used to be available on creating a New user in Marketo, but it isn't available when creating a user in Admin Console.

It was always annoying that it couldn't be edited after creation.

With a large instance, and almost 100 users, this field is important for managing who is who in the zoo.
