Really Slow Synch

We are synching over a custom object from Salesforce.  In total it is almost 500,000 rows - each row contains about 30 fields.

It is synching records at the rate of about 500 per hour meaning it will be nearly a month before the synch is incomplete - at the same time our normal contact synch is getting backed up.

What are your experiences with the rate of synch?

HI Tim,

The rate you are mentioning seems to be about 20 times slower than normal.

This is really something Support can help you with, including increasing the sync rate for a few days until the backlog is resolved.

Thank you again - your support is truly appreciated.

I have opened a ticket and support said they expanded the bandwidth but we have seen little change.  Will escalate
