ReachForce vs Netprospex vs ZoomInfo

Does anyone have any experience with any of these tools? We're looking for a tool to clean and normalize our existing data, append data we don't currently have, and to acquire new contacts/accounts that are not currently in our system.

1. Can you talk about the pros and cons?

2. How long did it take you to get things running?

3. How is the tool itself? UI, ease of use, etc.

4. How is their support team?

I'd speak with RingLead as well. They have a lot of expertise with deduping across SFDC and Marketo. Maybe Lean Data too if you have more complex issues.

I've only used Netprospex and Zoom for new leads, prospecting, and appending. From what I can tell about ReachForce, it looks great for at form normalization. I don't know about their other data tools.

We don't have a ton of duplicates so that's not a big concern for us.

How did you like Netprospex and ZoomInfo? Do you prefer one over the other? It sounds like you used them for the same reason I would want to use them.
