Re-targeting anonymous leads

Hi,

I'm wondering if there is a way to identify an anonymous lead that visited a certain page then serve them with a banner ad if they go elsewhere on our company website?

I'm thinking this maybe possible through API connection/javascript?

Has anyone tried this or found documentation where this could work?

Thanks,

Rashida

While it is theoretically possible to check for "Had Interesting Moment" fields on a lead on every page load, this is going to incur a lot of overhead.  I wouldn't advise this.

Rather, since you're talking about the known browser history, just set a cookie when they visit your interesting page, then look for that cookie on every page load (or set localStorage -- same idea). Marketo doesn't need to be involved.
