Re-send email blast with edited subject to bypass spam filter

During a recent email blast campaign, we had an automated reply which requested that we re-send the email with *REAL EMAIL* preceding the subject title to bypass their spam filters.

What do you think is the best way to handle this?

I would resend the email adding the REAL EMAIL to the subject line, but make sure to exclude anyone who was already delivered the email.
