Re-ordering flow in active triggered smart campaign

I have a triggered smart campaign with a flow as such:
1) wait
2) send email A
3) wait
4) send email B

I would like to switch which email goes first so it looks like:
1) wait
2) send email B
3) wait
4) send email A

What is the best way to do it so that people currently in step 3 (wait) don't end up getting the email A twice?


The two things I've come up with is:
a) remove people currently in step 3 from flow - they wouldn't get the email B at all, but at least they wouldn't get email A twice
b) clone smart campaign, change order, deactivate old smart campaign (allowing people in it to run through but not adding any new people) and activate new smart campaign to catch new people.

Are there other options?

You should do B to avoid problems with people getting it twice and having to try to re-run them through the flow.

Hi Maggie,

I believe you could swap the two send email flow steps and add a choice to the first one to make sure you are not sending Email A twice. See below for an example.


Choices in flow steps will pull out the first matching choice, so anyone who received Email A previously will receive email B, and everyone else (leads entering the flow after your edits to the campaign), will receive email A.
