Re-direct page not working on iphone

Hi Everyone,

 

I have added CTA URLs at the bottom of the last page on some of our PDFs which are stored in Marketo Design Studio. I used the Sanford Whiteman blog post to create a Marketo redirect landing page so we can capture this engagement when people are clicking these CTA links within the PDFs.

The redirect page appears to be working well on desktop and on android mobile devices however when we test on an iphone the redirect page doesn't appear, instead the lead is taken to our website. Do you know what could be causing this issue?

The URL I use always starts info.blancco.com/Redirect-LP# and is followed by the PDF location.

Works for me, this is 3 versions of iOS Safari going to

   info.blancco.com/Redirect-LP#https://info.blancco.com/unsubscribepage.html

    thanks for your help, I will let you know if we encounter any other issues but for now everything appears to be working as it should
