RCM Error: Must have valid smart list rule

I needed to make an edit to our RCM due to an update for opportunity stages in SFDC.

I get this error when trying to approve the draft. 



This is the transition rule in RCM. Was set up this way before editing, I just updated the "Previous Value" stages. 


Any ideas how to fix?

    You are showing a different transition rule than the one you referred to in the text.

    But in general, it could have something to do with missing picklist values (red squiggly line). Keep trying it and keep approving until it works.
