RCE Email Open Heat Grid only in CST?

Is there a reason why the email heat grids in RCE are only displayed in CST? Or am I missing something in the report options? It doesn't seem very scalable considering international leads let alone various time zones in the U.S.

No it's in EDT. I just read on the community that it's only available in CDT? Can you verify that?

I agree, I would like to be able to change this time format.

I think it is a necessity that you can change the timezone - there are other countries in the world!

Are there any updates on this? The heat grid is just useless for us if there is no way to change the time zone of the report
